Rafaella serves as our Office Executive Consultant for Real Estate matters and is a highly valued member of our team. She possesses extensive experience in all procedures relating to the acquisition, sale, transfer, and management of immovable property in Cyprus.
Having been involved in numerous real estate transactions over the years, Rafaella has developed in-depth knowledge of the Cyprus property market and the legal and administrative processes associated with property acquisitions. Her expertise includes coordinating property transactions, liaising with government authorities, developers, financial institutions, and the Land Registry, as well as assisting clients throughout every stage of the purchasing process.
