Miriam serves as our Office Executive Consultant and is a recognized specialist in Real Estate matters. She possesses extensive experience in all procedures relating to the acquisition, sale, transfer, and management of immovable property in Cyprus, assisting both local and international clients throughout every stage of the transaction process.
Over the years, Miriam has been involved in numerous real estate transactions and has developed in-depth knowledge of the Cyprus property market and the administrative procedures associated with property ownership and transfers. Her expertise includes coordinating property transactions, conducting procedural follow-ups, and ensuring the smooth progression of matters from the initial stages through to completion.
As part of her role, Miriam liaises extensively with various governmental authorities and departments, including the Tax Department, the Land Registry Office, the District Administration Offices, the VAT Service, and other public authorities involved in property-related matters. Her long-standing experience and excellent working relationships with these authorities enable her to efficiently manage complex procedures and assist clients in navigating administrative requirements.
